What happens after you send this
One of us rings you back, usually the same working day, to ask a couple of questions and book a time that suits you. We come out, get on the roof where it is safe to, and photograph what we find. You get the quote in writing with the scope set out, not a number shouted from the drive.
What the quote includes
- The scope of works, itemised, so you can compare it properly against anyone else
- Access and scaffold, priced rather than assumed
- Materials specified by name, not described vaguely
- Waste removal and making good
- The guarantee that applies to that work
What it does not include
Pressure. If the roof needs a repair rather than replacing we will quote for the repair. If it genuinely needs nothing doing, we will tell you that and you will not hear from us again unless you call.

Questions we get asked
Is the survey really free?
Yes, and so is the written quote. There is no charge for us coming out and no obligation afterwards.
How quickly will you come out?
Usually within a few working days for a survey. If water is actively coming into the house, say so when you call and we will prioritise making the roof safe.
Do you quote over the phone?
No. A roof price given without seeing the roof is a guess, and it is why so many people end up with a price that changes once work starts.
What areas do you quote in?
