This policy explains what RoofRite Roofing Ltd, company number 16093135, does with personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by email or by WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and where you give it, your email address and a description of the work. If you email or message us we keep that correspondence. We do not collect anything else about you from this website.

What we use it for

To contact you about the work you asked us to quote for, to carry out that work, and to keep a record of it afterwards including the photographs we take on site. We do not use your details to market anything unrelated and we do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to do the job: our own staff, and where relevant a scaffolding or materials supplier who needs a delivery address. Where you are making an insurance claim and ask us to, we will share the scope and photographs with your insurer or loss adjuster.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Where we carry out work we keep the job record for the life of the guarantee plus six years, because we may need it if you make a claim on the guarantee.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need it for a job or a guarantee. Email info@roofriteroofing.uk and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
