Every roofer says the work is guaranteed. Very few put the length, the scope and the company number in front of you before you agree to anything, which is the only version of a guarantee worth having.
10 years on all roofing work
Pitched roofs, flat roofs, repairs, leadwork, chimneys, valleys, dry ridge and verge, fascias, soffits and guttering. If we installed it, our workmanship on it is guaranteed for 10 years from the date the job is signed off.
25 years on EPDM Firestone rubber flat roofs
Firestone EPDM systems we install carry a 25 year guarantee from us. That sits on top of the manufacturer's own cover on the membrane itself.
What a workmanship guarantee actually covers
It covers our installation: the way the covering, the flashings, the fixings and the details were put together. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer, and we will tell you at quote stage which manufacturer cover applies to what we are fitting.
It does not cover storm damage, accidental damage, a different trade working on the roof after us, or parts of the roof we did not touch. That is normal for any workmanship guarantee, and we would rather say it plainly here than leave it in the small print.
Expert Roofer Verified
We are an Expert Roofer Verified member, checked in August 2026 for the Hull, North Lincolnshire and Lincoln area. The badge on this site links straight to our profile on expertroofer.co.uk, and that profile is the only way anyone can confirm a badge is genuine. If a roofer shows you a badge that does not click through to a live profile, it is not a membership.
How to make a claim on it
Ring the office that did the work. We will come and look at it. If it is our workmanship we put it right, and there is no argument about it.
Who you are dealing with. RoofRite Roofing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16093135, registered office Office 6, 8 Cavendish Court, South Parade, Doncaster, DN1 2DJ. The guarantee is issued by the company, in writing, with the scope of works attached. You can check the company on the Companies House register before you agree to anything, and we would rather you did.

Questions we get asked
Is the guarantee in writing?
Yes. You get the guarantee document at sign off along with the final photographs, not a verbal promise on the day.
Does the guarantee transfer if I sell the house?
Ask us at quote stage and we will confirm the position for your job in writing before you commit.
What if the roof leaks somewhere we did not work on?
Then it is not a guarantee claim, but ring us anyway. We would rather come and look and tell you what it actually is than have you guess.
Are you insured as well as guaranteed?
Insurance details are provided with the written quote so you can see the cover before you agree to the work.
